Personal Information Collection Statement Pertaining to Recruitment

  1. Personal data of the applicant is collected, and will be used by Hong Kong FMI Services Limited (the "Company"), for the purpose of assessing the applicant's suitability for employment with the Company in the position for which the applicant has applied, determining the applicable remuneration and benefits package and making offers of employment to selected applicant. Your application will not be considered if you fail to provide all the information as requested or it is not clear from your statements that you have the minimum qualifications, training, experience or other requirements specified for the job.
  2. The personal data you provide by means of this form may be disclosed and / or passed to:
    i) the Monetary Authority and other government departments / agencies authorised to process the information for purposes relating to recruitment or employment e.g. employer reference and integrity checking; and
    ii) the Company's insurers and/or mandatory provident fund scheme managers / trustees and/or bankers.
  3. It is our policy to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purpose for a maximum of two years. If you do not wish them to be used for subsequent recruitment exercises, please notify the recruitment officer by mail to 55/F., Two International Finance Centre, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong.
  4. You are required to notify the recruitment officer if there are any subsequent changes to your personal data that you have provided to the Company after submission of this application form.
  5. For correction of or access to personal data after submission of this application form or enquiries on recruitment matters, please contact the recruitment officer as specified in the advertisement concerning the position to which this application relates.
